Case Manager - LifeSet

Full Time

Spokane, WA

The Case Manager responsible for providing services to address the needs of young people who are transitioning out of care and need individualized skill development and support to transition successfully into adulthood, specifically obtaining and maintaining safe and suitable housing, continuing their education, learning independent living skills, obtaining and maintaining employment, building a support system, and remaining free from legal involvement. The partnership with Youth Villages provides an evidence-informed program to serve young people 17-22. Wage - $22.00 - $27.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Chemical Dependency Specialist

Full Time

Wenatchee, WA

The Chemical Dependency Specialist provides a fully integrated approach, helping clients develop coping strategies for both conditions. Working closely with other team members—psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and more—the Chemical Dependency Specialist helps shape collaborative, person-centered care plans. This role is ideal for someone who loves being out in the community, meeting clients where they’re at, and offering compassionate, hands-on support that empowers each person to thrive. Wage: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Case Manager - Mobile Crisis Intervention

Full TIme

Wenatchee, WA

The Case Manager for Mobile Crisis Intervention provides case management, stabilization, and resolution services to individuals presenting with acute mental health distress and facilitates clinical continuity for emergency services and other various clinical services as needed. Immediate crisis services may be provided in the office or in a community based location, regardless of the program to which the individual is assigned. Wage: $23.32 - $28.62 per hour Schedule: Three, 13-hour shifts per week, including two day shifts (7am-9pm) and one overnight shift (7pm-9am)
