Job Requirements:
Education
Masters degree in Social /Behavioral Sciences required.
Experience
Minimum of two years Mental Health experience in the provision of Crisis Services
Capable of being licensed in Washington State

Masters degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience of 15 years may substitute for education and must be in a related field.
Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience of 10 years may substitute for education and must be in a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years experience in Early Learning Management including:
Grant writing
Budgeting
Compliance to policies, procedures, and licensing requirements
Program and partnerships development
Active role in advocacy at state and federal levels
Special Skills
Being cleared by criminal background check and fingerprinting when required
