Behavioral Health & Counseling
We all struggle with difficult situations from time to time, and we might develop feelings of anxiety or depression. When these feelings take over, it can be difficult to get out of bed, accomplish tasks and goals, or live to our fullest potential. We can feel so overwhelmed and afraid that we don’t want to engage with life.
These feelings often stem from believing there’s no hope for a better future for yourself. You can feel trapped, as if no one understands you or cares.
You are not alone. Catholic Charities is here to bring hope to your life. Certified behavioral health counselors are available to talk to you and help you work through anything you’re going through.
We offer counseling for all ages:
Children | Adults | Teens | Seniors
Our counseling services include individual counseling, couples counseling, family counseling, and group therapy.
To ensure service recipients receive mental health services, a fee scale shall be based on the service recipient’s household size, available income, and the actual cost of care. No one will be denied services because of an inability to pay, and discounts are available based on family size and income.
