Youth and Young Adult Independent Living Program
It can be overwhelming for a young adult leaving foster care to navigate the challenges of independent living. Catholic Charities offers services to help ease this transition to self-sufficiency. Our Youth Specialists can help you:
- Pursue an education
- Train for employment
- Learn financial literacy
- Develop critical life skills
- Plan for a smooth transition from Foster Care into self-sufficiency as an adult
Meet with a case manager one-on-one or in a group and learn how to create healthy relationships, advocate for yourself, and maintain support networks.
