Catholic Charities to Host Annual Resource Scare in Yakima

Catholic Charities invites community members to its "Resource Scare," an annual community resource fair and trunk-or-treat event, on October 30, from 3 to 6 p.m., at 5301 W. Tieton Drive in Yakima.

The Resource Scare brings together Catholic Charities and local partnering agencies to connect individuals and families with essential resources and support. Attendees can explore local programs and services while enjoying Halloween fun in a welcoming, family-friendly setting.

The event will feature decorated cars, treats, games and free hot dogs and drinks while supplies last. Individuals of all ages, backgrounds and abilities are welcome, and costumes are encouraged but not required.
